Return and refund

At Azra Create, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns and Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
Items without original packaging
Customized or special-order products (if applicable)
Requests made after the return window

 

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order details and reason for return
Attach photos or videos if the item is defective or incorrect
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

 

4. Refund Policy
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as bank transfer, wallet credit, or agreed alternative method
Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Processing time for approved refunds is 5–10 business days

 

5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe returns

 

6.  Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
